NCAA FOOTBALL 2006 TOURNAMENT

Oh man I don't update often unless I have got a story and well guess what boys I've got a story. So today I decided that I wasn't going to class because I had something better to do. Really the only thing that would keep me from going to class would be video games. Well it just happened that there was a national video game tournament here today for NCAA Football 2006. I had just found out about it on last wednesday was even still hesitant in going, but i did. So I showed up the competition in my Badgers outfit of red and white pants as well as my Wisconsin Badgers Shirt. I went in to the tournament knowing very well that I would play with my beloved Badgers, no matter what. My goal for the day was simply to win one game, but if I was lucky enough to win it all I would be off to NYC for the National Championship and a chance for 10,000 and a seat at the Heisman dinner. So anyways, my first game was against a kid who choose Texas. Game opens with a stalemate for most of the game. Near the end of the half he breaks one with Vince Young and gets down to like the 15 or so but i stuff him, so he kicks a FG. 3-0. He kicks off to me and i take the ball out to like the 30. I have very little time left so I run a Hailmary offense. My WR Orr slips out and and TD WISCONSIN with no time left in the half. 3-7. I am going crazy now cause I just scored with no time left. I kick off to him for the half and he takes it down the field slowly and then punts. I take the ball down the field and score with Calhoun with little time left in the 3rd quarter. 3-14. The time is rolling down in the 4th now and somehow he scores with Vince Young down the sideline.... But he decides to go for 2, and I stuff him barely! 9-14. He onsides kicks it, and FUCKIN GETS IT!!!!!! I was like OH MY GOD!!!! So he is just estatic, little time left and he takes it down the field but i stuff him everytime and then 4th down he doesnt get it and I win! 9-14. I was so freakin happy. I won my one game I came to do. Then this kid from the Badger Herald, came up to me and wanted an interview and I gave him one. Next I had to face a kid who played with Texas I think can't remember. I beat him as well, 24-10. Lot of nice breaks for me with Calhoun again. The next kid played with Texas, and I really thought he was going to be the one to beat me. He scored first with Vince Young. 7-0. But yet again I broke one with Orr down the sideline with little time left in the half and tied it up at 7-7. I then proceeded to score a fieldgoal to make it 7-10. Right before the end of the 3rd quarter he attempted a short field-goal and it hit the post and bounced out. He was so angry! THE 4TH QUARTER!!!! SO this guy takes me to the wire. With very very very very little time left he is driving down the field. He is attempting a Hailmary pass to his WR, and HE FUCKING CATCHES IT ON THE 15 YARD LINE!!!!!!!! BUT Somehow, someway I STRIPPED him and he fumbles it and I pick it up. GAME OVER!!!!!!!!! 7-10. I made into the semi-finals of the Wisconsin Tournament! The next kid I played was a USC player. I knew this was going to be my hardest challenge. I was one of only 6 remaining players... The game starts and he has my number with direct snap to Reggie Bush all day long. He wasn't breaking them long but a few yards everytime... So he scored with Reggie. 7-0. Then i took the return out to the 24 yard line. First play on this drive, CALHOUN BREAKS IT FOR A 76 YARD TD!!!!!!! 7-7. He then is driving again with Bush all the time and then decides to throw one up to Steve Smith his WR and FUCKING CATCHES IT!!!! But yet again my corner stripped him and i landed on the ball. I then proceeded to drive down the field and score a field goal. 7-10. He then comes back before the end of the half and gets a field goal right at the end of the half. 10-10. We go back and forth and back and forth and he keeps driving with Bush and I keep driving with Calhoun but neither score. He gets a lucky break and scores a TD with Bush. 17-10. Here I had to get desperate with little time left in the game so on a 4th down and 22 yards with like 1:38 or so left on my own 38 I decided to go for it and didnt get it, he caught it but only made it 20 yards.... SO the game was pretty much over and he scored again and I stopped the game with me with the ball on the 5 yard line just not wanting to score.... He won 24-10.... He lost later in the finals 28-22. I could have beat that other kid... So I ended up geting 4th place, which is a lot better than my one win goal. Oh well it was definately worth skipping class for once and I am glad i did it. On a lighter note I won the 6-inch competiton to get a cool EA sports hat. ON WISCONSIN!!!!!!
